i always awake until morning and if i fix it go back to insomnia again

im not sleepy at night what can i do ?

depends on the reasons.. sometimes its just the time you go to sleep. later you go... more you cant sleep..

tho there will be a lot of other factors if there is a problem.... like stress.. hormonal changes... fears etc... then its better to go to a professional.

Try natural sleep aids like melatonin or chamomile tea. If that doesn't seem to work then you must have too much on your mind right now to sleep, just don't use addictive sleeping pills. My friend once called me after taking too many and was seeing shit , then she fell into a wall not completely asleep but not awake either. I had to call someone who could go help her.

try to relax using your breath. inhale for 4 seconds then hold your breath for 8 seconds and breathe out for 8 seconds again. It has a soothing effect on your mind and heart. If you feel restless try to write down your thoughts so that you have an empty mind.
I have anxiety and I do that every night. It really helps me.
